Our AC quit working. I called Cheryl at the main office who answered the phone right away, took my info, and called me back in 30 minutes to coordinate the technician to be there in 45 minutes! When I got home Noah was waiting for me and already had the cover off the AC unit diagnosing the issue. He found the capacitor was bad and had it replaced in 15 minutes. From the time I called to the time they had it fixed was less than two hours. BEST SEVICE I have EVER gotten in Austin MN. I would recommend Greenman's to anyone that that needs heating or refrigeration equipment or work done!!! Can't say enough good things about them!!!!!

Called on Black Friday when our furnace stopped working, 19 degrees out, dealer in our town would not help. Explained the issue, Steve helped/agreed with the diagnosis and had the part we needed. Had the furnace working that afternoon! Very appreciative of Steve's help!

Steve and his staff did a fantastic job replacing our faulty furnace. From the friendliest of voices on the telephone to walking us through our options to replace our equipment, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The crew was always on time, on task, and professional. We were given a couple different options from Steve on units that would work for our 1 1/2 story home. He also made sure we had rebate information to file to get back a bit of our investment. We are beyond happy with our experience, start to finish, and highly recommend Greenman.

Highly impressed with this company. Came out immediately after having concerns about a furnace installation. Found no issues and sealed up the return vent for me! Then they also saw my dryer vent was clogged and cleaned it out on the spot, free of charge! This is highly appreciated and would recommend them to anyone needing their services. Customer satisfied

Came and fixed my AC less than an hour after I called and got it working less than an hour after they arrived. Reasonably priced as well.

Checking ventilation for cooling a 2 story home. Steve was checking a vent upstairs to make sure air was coming out and stuck his hand down the vent and found TWO full size Gatorade bottles that were blocking SO much airflow. We would not have thought to look or found that without him!

Greenman installed a furnace and central air unit in my home. The owner explained the whole process and gave me a very fair estimate. The installation turned out really good. I couldn't be happier with our new units. Thank you Greenman for the excellent service!

I first had Greenman Heating fix our air conditioner, it was done the same day. They then installed a furnace for me. They gave me a quote that was fair. Installation took place in one day with no added costs. They recently repaired my water heater. Great People with Great Service keeps me going back time after time.

Noah did an excellent job. However, this is the first invoice received via email. Why did you stop mailing them out. As a local business that expects local support, should in turn support the 50 employees in the Austin area by purchasing stamps and mailing them out. Who then in turn purchase stamps to mail them back

my experience with Greenman was amazing! Noah was our tech, and he was super friendly, knowledgeable, funny, and thorough....he called before arriving (early! 😀😀) and was so great about examining every aspect of my furnace, looking for potential simple fixes first (sadly it was a blower motor issue 😭)...as he was replacing the motor, he cleaned as much dust and grime off everything as he could! it was exceptional! after being so cold, now we are warm and comfortable....i definitely recommend Greenman for all hvac needs 👍👍👍👍

The tech, whose name escapes me at the moment, was fantastic. It was an emergency situation where the heat went out overnight and we were in -15 degrees outsite, and out stats said indoor was below 40! This is with candles and the oven on to help. He came, checked everything, then fixed it quickly same day. He corrected the mistake the original contractor incompetently did to the house heating system(The intake and exhaust were same length and less than a foot away from each other) and left my house a nice and toasty temperature. Glad to have him come out!

I have been a customer of Greemans for over 30years. Last Saturday my wife mentioned the furnace had stopped working. I went down and fiddled with it and got it running but only for one cycle. My wife then reminded me it was going to be neg. 2 over the weekend. I called the after hrs help line and got a call right back from tech. Noah. He walked me through a few items it could possibly be and gave me the option to save an after hrs serv call and try correct issue myself or have him come right out. I gave it a try and it was the first thing Noah advised I try. Thank you Greenmans for not chasing the dollars but helping your customers first! Mark Reynen
